  Come here all the time, but when I ordered 2 slices of cheese pizza, it took them an hour to make! I'd understand if it was busy, but there was no one there! I asked the lady at the front and she said they've been busy, but the ONLY pizza maker was in the back cleaning. The people who made their pizza after me got it in less than 10 minutes! No wonder they are losing service.

  The worst experience ever.  I will never step foot in Pizza Pizza.  We went to pick up our order when my husband lifted the lid to check our order was correct it looked like a truck had run over it and had a puddle of liquid in the center.  The girl at the counter  ( who was extremely rude and has no business serving customers) tried to convince my husband that it was because of the pineapple on the pizza.  I have been ordering the same pizza for 20 years and never had a puddle of liquid on my pizza. I demanded  a new pizza ( which turned out to be raw, was so frustrated didn't notice until I got home)  the girl mocked me and laughed ( who does that) when I asked to speak to the owner a man come to the front and claimed to be the owner  with a grin then the girl jumped in giggling saying she was the owner. I know he wasn't the owner. To top it off if that isn't bad enough they talk in there language giggling in front of me. Is there an option for 0 stars??

  Honestly one of the worst pizza places! First, the cashier had one of the worst customer interaction skills that I have ever encountered. She argued with a customer while taking my order. During a 20 minute wait in the store she failed to call people for their pizza, lost peoples order and rudely took peoples order (told one customer to hurry up). Secondly, they was a man in the back in his leather jacket in and out of the store, handling food products without washing his hands. Come on, I understand if he is a delivery guy, but its unsanitary for him to be touching food by products without washing his hands or wearing gloves! Thirdly, only three people working in the store. This store definitely needs more staff members on deck. Fourthly, had to remind the cashier about my pizza as I saw it sitting on the oven for 10 minutes (while I was waiting in the store), all in all pizza was cold. I use to go to this location all the time, definitely reconsidering ever ordering from pizza pizza again. As a takeaway message, the cashier definitely needs to be re-trained in customer etiquette and more staff should be hired for the 7:00 p.m. shift~
