  This restaurant has got to be the biggest joke I've ever witnessed. I've been a customer since a long time (because I do shisha and like their decoration and atmosphere) and they never were good whether it's the service or the orders. But my last visit last week had me speechless. Other than being notified that their computer is messing up all the orders, I ordered a smoothie and it had a hair sitting on it, the waitress literally took off the hair with her hand and smiled in my face...I was in shock...a normal human being would apologize and get the customer an exchange, I had to ask her to change it and I'm 100% sure she just took it inside for a whole and brought it out again, the same one. We wanted to sit outside and we asked another waitress there if that's okay, she looked really annoyed and said yea but the orders would take longer if you're sitting outside...really sweetie? Why? Because you need to walk your lazy bum out the door? When we ask what are our options for drinks, a waitress replied "can you just tell me what you want please" clearly because she was not trained and did not memorize the available menu items. When we asked the shisha guy what our options are he said we have everything...I replied telling him to mention what he has and he kept saying "everything". To top it all off all of the workers' English is negative zero. Absolute shame.

  Terrible experience We were welcomed very rudely by what seemed to be the owner, saying our reservation might have been cancelled because they filled somebody in our spot Waitress never checked in on us , or asked us if we wanted any drinks when we sat down If you want to order anything extra, you have to go hunt down an employee They have a buzzer thing at the table to call a waiter/waitress, I pressed it at least five times and nobody came, had to get up to find someone We were seated on a plastic picnic table and drank from styrofoam cups... seriously? Server didn't come after calling three times Water isn't free!! They make you buy bottled water Since when are there restaurants with no water? Especially for customers who are fasting?! I would expect much better service than this for $24.99 per person Uncomfortable seating, one side of the table Was on a leather couch which was much lower than the table, so you had to almost stand up to eat at the table Ordered four cups of tea which we waited over half hour for For the price I'm paying and the service, food, and table, we were terribly overcharged I will never return to this restaurant, I strongly do not recommend it for anyone

  TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I have NEVER experienced such careless service before. I came in during Ramadan to pick up a take out order for my Dad and I. Not only were we NOT greeted for 10 minutes when we walked in (there was two servers that saw us and pretended to not acknowledge us), but when someone finally approached us we were told they weren't sure if they did take out orders during Ramadan, so we had to wait another few minutes for the server to check with the owner. Granted, we got to order and when we went home we realized that we were missing a big portion of what we had ordered. We paid 75 dollars worth of food and are very disappointed with the outcome. I called the restaurant back to explain what had happened and whoever answered the phone told us that they could not deal with our problem because they were busy dealing with the Iftar buffet. This is absolutely unacceptable and Very disappointing. The service was VERY terrible and the fact that a manager couldn't resolve our problem is very unprofessional. The hospitality is unexceptionally poor and I would highly recommend a Pita and Grill instead. I will not be returning to Al Fawal and will be telling friends and family about this horrible experience. I am completely appalled by how rude the staff is!
