- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I've lived in the area for just over a year and this establishment has been one of the finer points of living in the Erin Mills area. After reading some of these reviews I was shocked to hear that the customer service was anything but exemplary. I have never been video taped (which seems ridiculous) Other than the extremely busy times I've never really had to wait for my order at all. Catherine and the gang have done an amazing job with serving customers and have gone above and beyond time and time again to make sure every visit for myself my guest and other patrons to be of the highest quality. I can't speak highly enough about this bakery and its hardworking courteous staff. I would highly recommend it to anyone i know.
