  Good gelato & chocolate, poor service. Despite having a light system on the table to signal to waitresses when you need assistance, it takes ages for them to come over to your table even when it is not busy. Our waitress did not seem to know the menu and had to ask us multiple times what we were ordering after we already told her. Two people in our group ordered the exact same thing yet were brought plates that looked completely different, with additional items that were not ordered, and were charged different prices. After paying the bill, the waitress repeatedly brought out the wrong change for us. We will not be returning.

  Overall not satisfied with my experience here. Overall quality of the food was good but the staff were incredibly rude to us. We had to ask several times for water and our menus were taken away when asked for more time to look over them. After filling out the store-provided reviews, we saw our review being torn apart while they were staring at us out the window. Incredibly poor service, will not be returning

  Great staff & excellent product! Second time there and never have been disappointed. The fondant chocolate they use is really good. I'd recommend anyone coming during weekends or peak times to make reservations 2 days in advance. Wish they expanded, they have huge potential.
