  Placed an order for Mother's Day, as I live in the states and my mom is in Canada. I called the hotline at 3pm and was assured the arrangement would be delivered. As of 9pm nothing shows, and customer care is now closed. I send an email to find out a manager "may" contact me, and it can take up to 48 hours. I called this morning-- told I would be called back. No refund or apology, yet.

  Came here to try to make an order. The employees are inattentive and rude. They have extremely bad attitude. They were in the middle of helping us and ends up talking a bunch of phone calls. Waited for her for so long but ended up leaving. Received an edible arrangement box of chocolate covered strawberries from a friend before and thought that they were really nice and fresh. So I decided to come and ordered one as a gift for someone. But avoid this location. Horrible service and rude employees.
