  My purse was stolen by a thief (they were actually 2 ladies in tandem and the one who took my purse was wearing a scarf all the way down to her legs). It was on top of my shopping cart by the dairy section and was taken quickly as soon as I turned my back. Not the store's fault, the staff was helpful but LADIES BEWARE because the store can very busy and perfect for criminals. We were told by the mall security that after 10 days the same incident happened again. After so many years I am not going there alone for a while.

  Today (Sun Jun 4th) I decided to try out this supermarket. SORRY I DID. Now normally I go to the Rockwood mall store, never had an issue there...staff are friendly and polite. Today I guess Natalie wasnt happy about working on a Sunday...after waiting my turn in line for check out, having to wait for a price check and waiting for Natalie to finish ringing in her customer so that I could address her regarding my refund (after all you are customer service Natalie) I was rudely informed by Natalie to go to back of line. When I told her that my cashier said I didnt have to go in line ...this customer service agent agressively told me Im just a cashier like anyone elso...so get back in line. But with a really bad attitude. Needless to say I left and will not be going back. Maybe management should give employees proper training on what customer service is all about.
