  I'm mainly surprised how great the staff was with me, you rarely get good customer service at a franchise's, Ferhan the manager was great after a issue a had with my food, he was professional and very kind. I'm not sure why there are so many low reviews for this location but I think they deserve minimum 4 stars. Also their burgers are very well made :)

  Amazing burgers customized to your taste. Best veggie burger in town. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. They always remember us!

  The manager is a real dick! Refused to give us pickles on the side separately. Wrapped it with my burger and made is saugy. When asked to wrap it separate he said no. Then gave 2 slices! So rude! Charged for extra sauce. Dude needs to quit his job if he's so damn miserable.

  The manager is very rude!!! Has a real bad attitude problem. Doesn't know how to treat customers and speaks to them in a very rude manner.....he is the bad link in this Harvey's....the food other wise is great.
