  The location of this hotel is great. Aside from there being nothing to do in Mississauga. The Square One Shopping Centre is just two blocks away with a lot of stores. The outside and lobby of the hotel is pretty nice. The rooms, however are dirtier looking and not to mention old. It'll be a better hotel and worth more stars if they were to renovate it.

  Great service, was greeted gracefully by the staff. Rooms were very clean I had reqiested fresh sheets and pillows. Was not disappointed. Definitely my go to choice in the future if I require a hotel. Reasonable price, adequate service.

  I have never been so disappointed in a hotel stay. Dirty carpets, black mold in the shower, no heat, TV signal was off most of the night, and unconcerned staff. I called the front desk 3 times and no one answered the phone, so I had to go down to the front desk to get assistance. Complained about not having any heat in the room and was told maintenance was called and would be by the check on the heat. I waited 2 hours and then asked again. I then waited until 11 P.M., and no one came to check the heat or follow up on my concern. It was warmer in the halls of the hotel than in my room. The next morning I used the hair dryer to warm the bathroom because it was so cold. Upon checking out I explained the problems with the room and NEVER received an apology from the staff. In fact the young lady seemed to be more worried about making sure they charged the correct credit card for my stay.
