  Horrible experience. Rented a large tent, chairs, tables, linens for a baby shower for almost 100 people. Our tent was supposed to have walls, one was missing. My pregnant daughter had to go and pick it up from the warehouse because "no one could deliver it" on the day of her baby shower. Then we are setting everything up and we are short table cloths! We call the company once again, the person on the phone was extremely rude and said that no one could bring a table cloth to us even though it was supposed to be a part of the order. He then said that we would be refunded the $11.00 for the missing linen. It's been almost 2 years and I have yet to be reimbursed. No apology for the mistake, no nothing. I wouldn't recommend this place nor would I book any functions with them again! Plus - we had to hose down and scrub all the white chairs that were ordered because they were absolutely disgustingly dirty.

  I needed a tent for my bbq when it started to rain and they got me one within an hour. Setup and ready to go after a phone call. Highly recommend!

  I have used Meadowvale Party Rentals three times now and every time they have delivered on cost, quality and professionalism. They always drop off the table and chairs early and their delivery people are always pleasant and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any party size and rental requirements.
