  This is the best Nandos that i have ever been to! Great Staff! They made sure you have everything and that you are good. The service is also very fast! We went into the store during a rush, we did not make any reservations but we got seated right away and got our food in less than 20 mins. Truly amazing, the food was prepared well and we left happy and full!

  Tonight we got a take out from Nando's the Classic Meal with a whole chicken, large garlic mashed potato, and garlic bread. After coming home and opening the package we found the mashed potato was stale. It was stinky, bitter and sloppy. I cannot imagine Nando's can serve this kind of stale food to the customer. Just because customers are not able to check the take out they cannot sell stale food to them. They should check before they put any food in the bag. Hungry people are paying their hard-earned money to have good food from such a renown chain restaurant assuming they maintain the quality of food. I wonder how their garlic mashed potato got bad? What kind of check do they perform? How long have they been storing this mashed potato? This is not the first time, I found their food is mediocre on so many occasions. Their chicken tastes good and garlic bread too but rest of everything is pretty bad since they do not follow the food safety I believe.

  To this day I will never understand the craze people have with Nandos. The skin of the chicken is great especially when they smother it in their signature sauce but the actual food: the meat is super dry and bland. The price point isn't worth it when all I'm eating is boiled chicken with flavoured skin.

  I really like their chicken and their amazing garlic bread. But I wish you could order from your table rather than buying the food first then sitting down. It's a hassle when you forget to order something and you have to go back in the line. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this place to people who like spicy food (be warn) and chicken.
