  Poor food, tasteless vegetarian pho soup option. Bad service, like previous review stated no eye contact and unwilling to bring napkins. I had to use a few napkins to soak up all the grease from the spring rolls or I'd be eating a gallon of oil. One spring roll easily soaked through 3 napkins!! Also it is false advertisement here the bowls are no bigger in portion size compared to other pho restaurants. Was disappointed.

  A go to comfort place for Pho. Feel comfortable like you're at home. Write your orders down on the receipts and add up the totals yourselves. The food comes quick, the food taste great, and the pho is perfect! Make sure you order it and the lemongrass chicken with rice is also a favourite (little spicy). Always feel great at Big Bowl Pho with perfect food and service.

  Absolutely horrifying customer service. Staff do not even address you, make eye contact or speak to you. Not accommodating whatsoever, and are unwilling to even bring napkins. Unfortunately, the broth here is very good (so I cannot give this place one star). The quality of ingredients however, has declined in the past couple years. Tendon is no longer tendon (it is a jellied mix of unidentifiable "meat parts"), rice noodles taste cheap and chalky.

  Great Pho, lots of character. Not the best service but can't complain given the portions, price, and taste! Would definitely come again.

  I don't usually write reviews unless I feel that a product or service is outstanding. With that said, I've been to Big Bowl for years now, most times on a weekly basis. Service is quick, and the food is above average compared to other Pho restaurants. Yes, they do need a restaurant makeover, but once you try the food you'll keep coming back. Healthy, nutritious and above all nourishing... oh, and AFFORDABLE. ;)
