  I tend to avoid 5 star rating as it should be reserved for truly amazing experience and/or service. But I am willing to make an exception because this restaurant contains a combination of excellent features that is in my experience very rare in Toronto. In Toronto, you can count with one hand restaurants that have the following simultaneous features: have a patio on the water, excellent food and drink selections, excellent service, not excessively expensive and not an excessive wait on a week-end night. For example: Amsterdam brewery in downtown has excellent location and views, but crapy food, service and long waits. I stop here but I have many other examples. The Snug Harbour restaurant seems to have all of these features: beautiful patio, excellent food, excellent service, not long waits, in fact the only complain is that the quantities in the seafood menu are a bit small, but the seafood is very fresh and tasty. All in all, it is a must experience, especially if you live in the area.

  Beautiful view and atmosphere! We were seated quickly and our server was great. The fish tacos had a little too much salty sauce and it is disappointing that you cannot get the beet salad as a side, even if you pay more. The server said he's asked this question all the time but they won't do it... Well if that many people are asking for it (and are willing to pay more) why don't they listen to what the customers are asking for? It's called up selling - higher bill, higher tip! Give the people what they want

  Amazing food! GREAT Atmosphere. And the servers are incredibly friendly. If you choose to dine here be prepared for breathtaking views of the lake. The whole time me and my family dined there we were in awe of the surroundings. Only one comment is that the fish and chips, although I realize is meant to be crispy, it was a bit overdone. However, that is something that can be improved on from my perspective but I will definitely be back.
