  I had the worst experience at this specific Starbucks today. So it is my birthday and I have a membership with Starbucks. So as promised, every birthday, you are supposed to get a free drink of choice. I have been doing this for around 2 years, and when I came in today, I told the cashier that I hadn't gotten the email about it and it had happened in the past. So I told the lady working there (I wasn't able to catch her name) and she said to scan the barcode. So she did and she told me it expired 2 days ago!! She made it seem like I was lying, and I know my birthday more than she would know, so I told her that in the past years when I didn't get the email, the other employees said it is Starbucks fault and gave me my drink of choice. She still didn't give it to me, made me pay for my drink, even though it was my birthday... VERY poor customer service!!!!

  I go to this starbucks often and the staff are really friendly, my drink is always made properly and I never have to wait long.

  The best Starbucks in Mississauga. It's not too crowded. And it doesn't stink of food smell like other Starbucks. I actually come all the way from Oakville to this place at least 3 times a week. Place always clean. Bathroom are clean. Staff are super friendly. The location is great. And parking is never a problem with jay branch

  I love love this Starbucks location! Malissa is amazing! Super friendly and always very efficient! The other staff are so great and I always leave super happy!
