VERY slow. It took over 20 minutes after being seated for someone to take my order. 15 more minutes to get our drinks and we were seated for over an hour before getting our food. The restaurant was not at all busy but the waitress was huffing and puffing when new people were being put into her section and it didn't look like she was doing anything. I've never had such terrible service at a Swiss Chalet. Won't be returning to this location.
