  I've eaten a lot of chicken over the years. I've been to a lot of Swiss Chalet restaurants. I will never return to this location. I've given them several chances. I won't even order delivery from them. I'd sooner drive somewhere to pick up than to use their delivery and get stuck with this location. When going in person I've been ignored or had my order not put in to the system. The last time I was here I walked out after the waitress said they just put my order in to the kitchen twenty minutes after I gave it to her. The food is not cooked to the normal high standards of the Swiss Chalet chain. Some days I've waited for over five minutes for someone to notice that I was waiting to be seated. Don't eat here. Save yourself the trouble. There are other options available to you, including other Swiss Chalet locations.

  Worst place to eat. Cold food, rude staff. Not worth wasting a penny here.

  Undoubtedly the worst Swiss Chalet ever. Bad customer service, cold food, filthy utensils unreceptive service staff. Cara Foods needs to get involved here for the sake of their brand. One star is too high a rating for this location
