  No plain croissants, no potato wedges, no honey dip donuts, no strawberry yogurt parfaits...it almost seemed like everything we were looking to order was not available for purchase. These things happen from time-to-time@busy franchises, but it does get a little on the ridiculous side when a substitute needs to be made for an item that was already a substitute to begin with. Top it all off with having to explain your order all over again, get your own double cup/sleeve, take-out tray, & plastic spoon. It's been said that "Comedy = Tragedy + Time" but this wasn't an episode of "Punk'd"...or was it? If there was poor attitude attached too, this would've easily been a 1-Star.

  Had a quick lunch here while waiting for my car work. It was the cold cut trio combo with potato wedges. Stomachs felt uncomfortable immediately after eating, and the worse part is only 1 toilet seat was available in this restaurant, and person inside took forever to finish his business. Will never come back to this dirty restaurant.

  I'm a regular here as this location is closest to my work, it's always staffed full of very confused people, 9-14 employees present every morning and service still takes forever. I went in for my coffee this morning, waited in line for 5 minutes, placed my order and went to pay, only to be told the debit machines were down and that I wouldn't be served. In my experience when something like this occurs the business provides the order on the house ESPECIALLY if it's just a coffee that costs less than $2, not here though, all I got was "sorry." If the problem is on your end, don't turn customers away empty-handed.

  Probably the worst Tim Horton's location I've been to, would not recommend it. If you make any slight change to your order (even if you pay extra for it) you will not receive what you paid for. It's been 3 times now that I have asked for a Turkey Bacon Club but without tomatoes (allergy). I receive a sandwich without tomatoes, but also without bacon each time. They also often either run out of certain items or just don't ever have them in stock. Pretty slow service as well. If it wasn't the closest Tim Horton's to my office, I wouldn't come. I'll just have to travel a bit further from now on to get to a different location.
