  Saturday the Feb 18, I visited this place around noon time. I found a worm crawling on the wet washroom floor. I took a video on this and tried to let the manager know about it. Manager yelled at me in front of the staff and customers saying that it was a fake video. I had to take her to the mens’ washroom to convince her that the worm was still there. Tim Hortons head office was closed for the long weekend. On Tuesday the Feb.21 at 9.58 am I called Tim Hortons Guest Service Department. While I was describing my experience they cut the phone line on me and never bothered to call me back. Both at corporate and branch level they are reluctant to listen to the customers. PS. This was my last visit to any Tim Hortons for life

  I find this place to be the fastest Tims around! It's a great place to stop for a coffee, you will be in and out in no time flat

  Great staff. Great service. And an amazingly uplifting quote on their straw box. First time here and definitely not my last.

  Staff need better training. The wait time are 15 mins for simple breakfast. There staff does not work as a single unit they are constantly confused and not sure what to do!
