  Love coming here. Great atmosphere and a really big menu. Have to have the Wings, Big Wing dinner or the Big Wing sandwich. Great choice here! Nice size wings and great flavours to choose from. Menu is a bit pricey, but overall good food and a safe choice for business or leisure.

  Came here with my partner's coworkers after a tournament. The service was really good. Quick and efficient. Wings and nachos were ordered and came out in good time and were tasty. We had a large group and the biggest table they had held 8 ppl - not enough, and they bolt the tables to the floor so we couldn't push the tables together so it really ruined the whole eating together and unwinding plan. The atmosphere felt a bit touristy and gimmicky to me, but overall, a nice place.

  I was there to pick up food. Restaurant staff asked me to follow him inside kitchen. As I got in there, seems like manager with nicely dressed up but no sense how to treat people started yelling "who is this GUY in the kitchen. FYI there is another word call gentleman that he can have used. I had no interest to walk in to massed kitchen. I know that outsiders may not allowed in the kitchen but its their staff who asked me to do so. Being nice & gentle with word make sense in restaurant business. Nicely dressed up does not make you HERO so called manager. Giving five star just because other people earning their bread too. Good luck!!

  Went with friends on 3rd Jun-7 ppl (3 kids). Got seated at 8:45 at Turtle Jack’s, Courtney Park location. Ordered drinks and appetizers plus kids meals. Till 9:25, no drinks or food ( or even water offered) , though someone came in worried on how we intend to pay our bill, one bill or split...hmm. Reminded them on order, Manager came, said she will look into it. Got drinks 10 minutes after. Manager came again to say, they are very busy, expect delays to food...wow more delay even though it was 30min+ since we ordered. All this while, table next to us, ppl came after us, were getting served, told this to Manager, no reaction. Ultimately, by 10pm, still no food, asked manager again, excuse was, it was unexpectedly busy day for them, they cannot do anything. We asked for bill for drinks, paid and left. Worst thing on whole experience, Manager was totally unapologetic whole time, as if she didn’t care what clients think of them. One of the worst restaurant experiences, issues happen all the time, though the management’s job is to salvage the client experience, didn’t see that even being attempted here, staff of course would do what manager preaches. Discussing with couple at work ppl on how the weekend went for everyone, when I told of mine, both of them immediately said they had similar experience at Turtle Jack’s, though different locations. This chain really need some major attitude change and staff needs basics of restaurant running coaching. Pity, restaurant atmosphere is good with good menu options, hopefully someone over there will take notice, take some major corrective action, so ppl get to enjoy their offerings.
